After the Sauna, I Felt Alive Again

When I arrived here I felt as if I was on the verge of death, skeletal, emotionally dead. After the sauna I felt alive again. The people I met here and the things I learned about myself I will never ever forget. I do not worry about the things that happened anymore, and/or the things I did because that does not have to be me anymore. I am so very thankful to the staff and all they have done for me. I will carry what I got from here with me for the rest of my life.
